During the Amsterdam Light Festival Francesco Ragalmuto Garito presents his new collection in the GO-Gallery with ornaments made of 18th century chandeliers.
After 'hundred years of solitude', from the darkness and the dust of a drawer, ornaments and parts of antique chandeliers receive light and new life. Reassembled and with respect for the original idea, these ornaments have become "Jewels of Light".
Creating crystal and glass jewels the artist intends to ask attention to fragility.
